Today’s generation are so busy with their smartphones all the day, playing all around with their apps, games and chats. These days people are so addicted to technology that they want things to be done quick and automatic and yes technology has reached ahead to that level that today we have app to everything.
There is an app for everything like say beauty, food, movies, games, shopping, work, medical, health, etc and so many. There are so many fitness apps that you get into routine with them for health care. Doctors say that this native apps for health are actually harmful. There are wearable devices available like Apple watch ,Fitbit, Jawbone which tracks patient’s health are 2.5 times more likely to talk with patients about wearables and apps, and 10% of doctors recommend a wearable to almost all of their patients, the study finds.
As per research and other sources says and confirms that wearable devices and apps can only be effective if the personal health data collected is relevant and motivate individual on living “Many consumers respond to personal coaching and feedback, and desire devices that deliver data that is actionable and shareable. Without these features, health trackers will end up in a drawer after just a couple of weeks. Sometimes it’s just a trend that people follow blindly and then they realise and come back to originality.
