A business anniversary is always worth celebrating. And it’s even more exciting when you’ve been around for so long and still going strong. The anniversary holds the key to the company’s history. Having said that, who would’ve thought that someone could organize such an auspicious event at a time like this, right? Well, we didn’t shy away from organizing it, following every safety measure to be able to enjoy and cherish our beautiful journey.

Over the last 12 years, A vision of Moon Technolabs has become a reality. A young talent, back in mid 2000 saw potentially a seamless way to deliver mobile app development solutions. The organization which incepted with one person’s idea has now turned into 150+ skilled resources and counting. The following image would give you an idea of our evolution over the years of Moon Technolabs which established in 2009.

Great minds think alike but only the sharp ones go the distance. Amazing leadership quality and entrepreneurial skills can help build the company’s reputation. And in the words of our Techie CEO, Jayanti Katariya – “Don’t be afraid to fail. Fail big, so that when you bounce back and achieve success, it’ll be bigger.”

Before the commencement, a little overture. We decided to celebrate this day by being in the most serene and beautiful city in India. Any guesses? Well, if your guess went in the direction of “City Of Lakes”, you’re absolutely right. Udaipur, the city of beauty and lavish royal residences. What better place is there to celebrate this event, right?

The event has been started with a brief introduction and a graceful walkthrough with the journey of the organization. Mr. Jayanti Katariya, CEO of Moon Technolabs congratulated to MTPL family and encouraged them with the experiences and How Moon Technolabs has managed to sail through this journey full of ups and downs.

He began sharing his experience to guide us through the next chapters of our lives. It was a sight to behold. Embracing the failures and turning them into a success story is not an easy task and he taught us this in a very poetic way.

After the thought-provoking speech, it was now time to pay some respect to the employees who did amazingly well throughout this journey.

After that, the CEO greeted the members with a loyalty bonus who have been a part of Moon Technolabs’ journey for a longer period of time. They have indeed treated the company as their second home and their loyalty and dedication were met with the equal prize.
