A Message From CEO on Moon Technolabs 10th Anniversary Celebration!

I would like to pause the time here for a while and have a look back at this marvelous journey attained by Moon Technolabs. To arrive at this juncture of successfully completing 10 years was not an easy task. Without support from all the direction, the milestone we are standing on today wouldn’t have been achieved. Hence, it doesn’t feel much lesser than to be standing at a podium with an award in the hands. My gratitude reaches out to our clients & customers worldwide for showing trust in us and each and every employee, member & staff who are truly the invisible force behind this success.

My sincere thanks to our clients for believing in our potential to successfully complete & deliver the project on time. The said projects helped us to venture into a diverse arena and grow our portfolio in mobile app development such as business apps, taxi app, enterprise app, educational app, health & fitness app, etc. Also, we have been actively involved in providing mobile app solutions to industry segment such as Banking & Finance Apps, Media & Entertainment, Shopping & E-Commerce, Travel & Tourism, Games & Sports Applications.  

Way back in 2009 when the foundation was laid, the software industry had just taken off with mobile & web application development. At the time, I was also going through a deeper learning curve of handling clients, management, projects, employees, etc. However, it is my firm belief that Moon Technolabs is blessed with a strong community of software engineers, mobile app developers, and designers. Each and every employee since the beginning has contributed a lot from being creative to rational in implementing their ideas & knowledge to cater to the customer’s solution.

We quickly started spreading our horizon from PHP to Laravel, Flutter, React Native, etc in the Web Development segment. Team enlarged as we moved along the time and at a total strength of 85+ now have helped us to drive innovation and excellence in the development of the mobile app, wearable app, hybrid app, native desktop, blockchain and many more.

The 10 years of journey has allowed me to see some of the remarkable shifts with respect to the company’s everyday ups & downs, which over a period of time lead to the growth, development, and success. As said previously, I think personally that the Moon Family developers & designers love the challenges. Shocked, well until a few years back even I was! Learning is a continuous process. And it should remain throughout one’s life. But, the way developers, QA, and UX/UI designers work hand-in-hand in the company while learning from their own mistakes, that’s what makes them perfect or at least excel in everything they do. This undying motivation that they bring into the company every day is what let them surpass the project hurdles. No matter how many times I say, I am truly thankful to all the employees, project managers and team leaders for their contribution and forming such an amazing team. 

We believe in balancing work, life and having fun-at-work. And I firmly believe that rewarding helps and motivates a lot. From time to time, we do indulge in awards & recognition ceremony, festivals & days celebration, games, quiz and the annual company trip which is the best time for all of us to unload work stress, relax and replenish ourselves.

A few momentoes of achievements during this decade long course of the journey are an 8th GESIA Award winner in 2015 – Diamond Award for Best Mobile Development Company, accreditation by Silicon India Magazine & Clutch CO and having our own state-of-the-art corporate office in Ahmedabad, India and our International Office in Chicago, IL, USA. 

I would like to round up by thanking one more time to all the employees who have been and currently are part of Moon Technolabs for all their contribution and efforts. Our open-door work culture builds confidence, self-esteem and invokes a sense of responsibility within employees to tackle work issues may it be from the client or management side. I take this platform and opportunity to invite young and vibrant techies to come and be a part of Moon Technolabs and add to its glory!
